WARRANTY INFORMATION
Retractable Tarps Pty Ltd warrants all of its products except tarps to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use for period of one year from dispatch date.
In addition Retractable Tarps Pty Ltd warranties cover its entire USA Roll Rite brand of gear motors using spur and/or helical gears against wear out for a period of one year from date of shipment. In order for a valid warranty claim on a burnt out motor, an official Retractable Tarps DC Motor Controller (DMC) must be correctly installed as part of the electric tarp system. (see DC Motor Controller for details)
All hardware components used in tarping systems e.g. Steel pulleys, bearings, support brackets, bows, fasteners, plastic sliding blocks and spring assemblies all carry a full 12 months warranty. (Not applicable for systems used on continuous shifts over 8 hours)
All warrantable defects or premature wear will be replaced or repaired by Retractable Tarps or authorised agents, and only Retractable Tarps reserves the right to refuse to honour this warranty for products improperly modified, installed, abused or damaged.
Tarping fabrics used for various applications for dust suppression or waterproofing in the cartage of quarry or agricultural products are covered for faulty workmanship in the manufacturing process of the tarpaulin for the required application.
All warranties will be honoured on receival and/or inspection of faulty products and only complete parts will be accepted in resalable condition.
Retractable Tarps will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by any person (including the purchaser of the product) in any way relating to or arising from the product or its use.
